About Mount Tremper Arts

Nestled in the Catskill Mountains, just over two hours from New York City, Mount Tremper Arts (MTA) supports contemporary artists in the creation and presentation of new works of art. Founded by photographer Mathew Pokoik and choreographer Aynsley Vandenbroucke, MTA hosts an annual Summer Festival and year-round artist residencies. The center fosters an environment of creative risk taking and intellectual curiosity through an integration of performances, exhibitions, artist residencies, and hybrid food and art events.
