Art-b-q Fridays best encapsulate the essence of Mount Tremper Arts. In these hybrid evenings, artists share work with audience members in an intimate, informal setting. Afterward, everyone shares thoughts and a feast directly from the MTA garden. During these meals, all perspectives are welcome as we find the lively intersections (and digressions) between rigorous contemporary art practices and many other walks of life.
Dinner is prepared by MTA’s resident chef, Richard Krause, who has cooked in and owned restaurants in New York and California for more than 20 years. He wrote the original menu for Wolfgang Puck’s legendary Chinois in 1983 and has served as executive chef at several New York eateries, including Café Luxembourg.
Advanced tickets are highly recommended, and include both art programming and dinner. Menu includes meat or vegetarian main, two sides, and dessert. Meats are provided by Fleisher’s Grass-fed & Organic Meats; and produce is harvested from the MTA garden and local farms.
