Mathew Pokoik - Co-founder and Executive Director

Mathew Pokoik is a photographer, co-founder and Executive Director of Mount Tremper Arts. His photographic work has toured NYC schools for the last ten years with Lincoln Center Institute, and in 2009 he had a solo exhibition at the Center for Performance Research. Currently Mathew is working on a number of projects that explore means of presentation outside the traditional white box gallery space. He studied photography at Bard College and has taught and lectured in a wide range of New York museums including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney, and the Museum of Modern Art.
